Senior Principal, Data Analyst

The responsibilities of this role will be split between business and practice development, relationship management, engagement delivery, and people management. Help4Access is looking for someone with proven experience and fluency in cloud platforms, data architecture, data engineering, and data strategy to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop proposals, presentations, statements of work (SOW), and proactively identify opportunities for Help4Access in delivery and net new environments; lead pursuits and/or sales solutioning, with a primary focus on data & analytics opportunities.
- Manage the modern data architecture pillar through delivery excellence, sales, people management, and operations.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert in the data & analytics space for clients, engaging and influencing executives through customer-focused solution development and value-driven delivery.
- Lead and mentor team members on data and analytics projects, creating custom growth plans for team members to help them excel.
- Guide Help4Access initiatives both internally and in the local data community.
- Build your network across Help4Access to enhance our ability to connect solutions with clients and consultants with projects for data strategy, architecture, or engineering needs.
- Work collaboratively with Help4Access client partners, sales executives, and other leaders to develop go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, and drive business development within the Portland market.
- Partner with experts to shape offerings and go-to-market strategies; analyze and act on market needs.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in consulting leadership, with at least 5+ years consulting specifically in data architecture and engineering solutions.
- 4-8 years of experience leading teams, including some technical pre-sales experience.
- Deep expertise in building and architecting enterprise solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern data architecture tools.
- Proven history of leveraging and growing the existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex data projects that focus on data strategy, architecture, and engineering; including directing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
