Who we’re looking for

Help4Access is looking for an experienced Business Strategist (Principal – Senior Principal) for its Strategy team in the DFW area. This role focuses on broad-based enterprise-wide as well as business-unit-level strategies, including large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations. As a Business Strategist, you will demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s strategy, architecture (including capabilities, maturity level, gaps), and operating business environment from both an internal and external perspective to design strategies that drive our client outcomes and position our clients for success in a consultancy environment. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial consultant with a passion for building cohesive and diverse teams, who enjoys doing things in innovative ways using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM, and is motivated by creating winning outcomes for large Microsoft Access migration projects. What You’ll Do

  • Focus on Expertise: Help lead growth across Strategy by identifying and guiding the development of offerings that expand the capability’s breadth and depth for large Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools like Perplexity to demonstrate expertise in developing objectives, key results, and initiatives that shape our growth trajectory in consultancy teams.
  • Strategy Development: Lead a team of strategy consultants and work directly with clients in a consultancy environment to define their questions, structure the team’s approach to problem solving for large Microsoft Access migrations, guide the team to develop insights and recommendations using AI tools like xAI’s Grok, and quantify results. You will also guide and develop team members’ consulting skillset (e.g., hypothesis development, analysis output, storytelling, financial modeling, etc.) while on large, team-driven projects.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with senior client executives and leaders in a consultancy setting, using AI insights from NotebookLM to drive success for large Microsoft Access modernization projects, collaborating effectively in teams.
  • People Development: You may also take on a people leader role in consultancy teams. In this role, you will coach and mentor new consultants, guide their career path, and help them achieve their development goals for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, leveraging AI tools for innovation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant consulting and/or professional services leadership experience in a consultancy environment, focusing on large Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects in teams.
  • A proven track record of success selling and delivering Strategy & Operations work to a variety of clients for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, working collaboratively in consultancy teams.
  • A strong balance between big picture/strategic thinking and ability to execute in team-oriented consultancy settings for large migrations, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator.
  • Demonstrated industry-specific experience, with the ability to speak to key trends, growth factors, competitive landscape, and investment areas for large Microsoft Access projects, using AI insights in teams.
  • Experience leading corporate strategy engagements (e.g., build/buy/partner assessment, new market entry, investment ROI evaluation, etc.) for large Microsoft Access migrations in consultancy teams.
  • Experience leading business unit strategy engagements (e.g., growth strategy, product strategy, go-to-market assessment, project ROI evaluation, etc.) for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, collaborating in teams.
  • Proven success in all aspects of strategy project delivery – hypothesis development, usage of analysis frameworks, market research, operational performance assessments, storyboarding, slide creation, financial/quantitative modeling – using AI tools like Gumloop.com in consultancy teams for large migrations.
  • Ability to effectively manage teams and relationships across multiple clients in a consultancy environment for large Microsoft Access projects, leveraging AI for team-driven solutions.
