You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data & AI industry leaders, sales teams, and solution architects, leveraging artificial intelligence for 400% productivity gains to drive impactful outcomes in a consultancy environment. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies, including OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM, and industry best practices to deliver innovative, scalable solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs, emphasizing our unique value proposition of senior data management expertise in team-oriented settings.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Data & AI partner sales and revenue growth across specific industries and regions, focusing on large-scale Microsoft Access modernization projects, using AI tools like Perplexity in a consultancy team setting.
- Develop and align account lists to target growth in top Help4Access markets for large Microsoft Access migrations, collaborating with teams using AI insights from xAI’s Grok.
- Create and execute joint account strategies with partners, including playbooks for effective account planning in large, team-driven consultancy projects, enhanced by OpenAI’s Operator.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Data & AI industry leaders, sales teams, and partner teams in a consultancy environment, focusing on large Microsoft Access migration initiatives using AI tools.
- Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies for large Microsoft Access projects, leveraging NotebookLM and Gumloop.com in teams.
- Articulate Help4Access’s industry value proposition, incorporating Snowflake (or Databricks) elements and Microsoft Access modernization, and develop industry-specific content using AI tools in consultancy teams.
- Foster internal alignment and activation through newsletters, community-building calls, and team engagement for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI-driven insights.
- Drive revenue growth for the segment in partnership with account teams and Snowflake dedicated sellers, focusing on team-oriented consultancy efforts for large migrations using AI tools.
- Serve as the key interface for navigating Data & AI partnerships, including their organization & partner programs, in large Microsoft Access modernization projects, collaborating in teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record of growing strategic partnerships in a consultancy environment, focusing on large Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects in teams.
- Prior experience working with Snowflake or Databricks in a similar role is preferred, with experience in large Microsoft Access projects enhanced by AI tools in consultancy teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders, practitioners, and sales teams in a consultancy setting for large-scale migrations, using AI insights.
- Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and revenue for large Microsoft Access projects, working in team-oriented consultancy environments, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations in consultancy teams for large Microsoft Access migrations, leveraging AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus, with experience in consultancy and team-based large projects for Microsoft Access modernizations.

Help4Access is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Manager is $104,000 to $198,000, or for Sr. Manager $123,000 to $234,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
