About the Practice:

The purpose of our Data & Analytics (D&A) practice at Help4Access is to build a better future with Data, including large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations. Through trusted partnerships with our clients, we co-create modern data solutions that drive results and improve the world, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM. About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to work closely with the Data Platform, BI, and Enterprise Architecture teams in a consultancy environment to influence the technical direction of Help4Access’s data and analytics initiatives, including large-scale Microsoft Access migrations. You will build, own, and oversee the overall data architecture for the data platform—from data lake, data warehouse, to data consumption layer at Help4Access, leveraging AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator and xAI’s Grok for backward engineering. You will develop, optimize, and oversee conceptual and logical data architecture and integrations across multiple internal and external products for large Microsoft Access projects, collaborating closely with enterprise architecture, engineering, and data teams to design and implement business-critical enterprise data solutions in team-oriented consultancy settings. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data engineering with significant experience advocating solutions in cloud-native data management platforms, including AWS, DBT, and Snowflake, enhanced by AI for large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead analysis, architecture, design, and development of cloud data warehouse and business intelligence solutions for large Microsoft Access migration projects, using AI tools like Perplexity and NotebookLM in a consultancy team setting.
  • Actively contribute to the cloud and big data community at Help4Access, driving new capabilities forward for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, leveraging OpenAI’s Operator in teams.
  • Define cloud data strategy, including designing multi-phased implementation roadmaps for large Microsoft Access modernizations, enhanced by AI insights from Gumloop.com in consultancy teams.
  • Oversee deployment of long-term strategic data products and infuse key data and analytics services in applicable areas of business and IT for large-scale migrations, collaborating in teams.
  • Build cloud-native micro-services architecture for data with a focus on IaaS, metadata-driven frameworks, and DataOps, using AI tools for large Microsoft Access projects in consultancy settings.
  • Design, build, and own data models, data flows, and integration patterns for the data lake, data warehouse, and consumption data layers, enhanced by AI for large-scale Microsoft Access migrations in teams.
  • Support data engineers in building and managing conceptual, logical, and physical models of data architecture for large Microsoft Access projects, working in consultancy teams using xAI’s Grok.
  • Build high-priority prototypes in a cloud platform and demonstrate the value and feasibility of the solutions and architecture for large Microsoft Access modernizations, leveraging AI tools in team settings.
  • Be involved in all project phases and own data architecture initiatives for large-scale migrations, collaborating in consultancy teams.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, such as drafting solutions, RFP responses and proposals, and statements of work for large Microsoft Access projects, using AI insights in team-oriented consultancy settings.
  • Form trusted advisor relationships with senior technology stakeholders for large Microsoft Access migrations, fostering team collaboration in consultancy environments.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrated consulting experience in data architecture, engineering, and business intelligence in a consultancy environment, focusing on large Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects in teams.
  • Proven experience communicating the value proposition of technical initiatives, including AI-driven Microsoft Access solutions, to non-technical executive stakeholders in consultancy teams.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for designing and implementing Cloud Data strategies, including designing multi-phased implementation roadmaps for large Microsoft Access migrations, enhanced by AI tools in teams.
  • Versed in one or more Cloud solutions, (such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake cloud), or Big Data solutions and related technologies, applied in consultancy teams for large Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator.
  • Expertise in data architecture concepts such as data modeling, workflow management, ETL/ELT, real-time streaming, using AI for large Microsoft Access modernizations in team settings.
  • Understanding data management and governance concepts such as data quality, metadata, dependency management, etc., enhanced by AI for large-scale Microsoft Access projects in consultancy teams.
  • Experience in exploring emerging technology vendors and recommending/advising clients on referential architectures for large Microsoft Access migrations, leveraging AI tools in teams.
  • Experience in designing data engineering solutions using open-source and proprietary cloud data pipeline tools, enhanced by AI for large-scale projects in consultancy settings.
  • Hands-on project experience with scripting/programming languages and supporting tools such as Python, Java, Scala, Bash, integrated with AI tools for large Microsoft Access projects in teams.
  • Experience with code management tools (e.g., Git, SVN) and DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Bamboo, Jenkins), applied in consultancy teams for large migrations, enhanced by AI.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology, including AI, to solve business problems for large Microsoft Access projects in team settings.
  • Experience with data mining techniques and working with data-intensive applications, including large Microsoft Access modernizations, in consultancy teams using AI tools.
  • Product development mindset and expertise in CI/CD pipeline, applied to large-scale Microsoft Access projects in team-oriented consultancy environments, enhanced by AI.
  • Background in platform engineering for large Microsoft Access migrations, collaborating in consultancy teams using AI tools.
