You plan, but you are a master of adaptation and improvisation in team-oriented settings. You are highly versatile and willing to wear multiple hats in large Microsoft Access migration projects. You are a fast learner who can connect seemingly disparate ideas and help others create those same connections, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM in consultancy teams. You understand the best parts of tools and methodologies and can use them to create masterpieces of innovation for large-scale migrations. You are comfortable solving highly critical problems for some of the most recognized organizations in the world, collaborating in teams for Microsoft Access modernizations.
You come from a background in data with experience in architecture, data modeling, and data engineering using all different types of databases, including Microsoft Access, in a consultancy environment. You are comfortable explaining technical problems, including AI-driven solutions, to leadership, business, and other technologists in teams. With 4-7 years of experience working on and leading technical teams while delivering outcomes for large Microsoft Access projects, you are comfortable with agile methodologies and enterprise development frameworks with deep experience applying them in a real-world, team-oriented consultancy setting.
What technologies will you be using?
Depending on clients’ needs, you will work with technologies like Python, SQL, AWS, GCP, Golang, Hadoop, Snowflake, RDBMS, Kafka, BI reporting tools, and Data Science toolkits, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator for large Microsoft Access modernizations in teams. Projects may also require understanding how to move from a legacy system (SQL Server, relational databases, etc.) into a more modern architecture, including large-scale Microsoft Access migrations, using AI tools like xAI’s Grok and Perplexity. No one needs to be an expert in everything on day 1, but we are always learning new things to solve problems, like:
