Our Seattle Data & Analytics practice is looking to add a passionate leader to oversee the strategy and growth of our Modern Data Architecture pillar, leveraging artificial intelligence for 400% productivity gains in team-oriented settings for large Microsoft Access migration projects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the Modern Data Architecture pillar through delivery excellence, sales, people management, and operations for large-scale Microsoft Access modernization projects, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM in a consultancy team setting.
- Guide Help4Access initiatives both internally and in the local data community, driving new capabilities forward for large Microsoft Access migrations, collaborating with teams using AI insights.
- Partner with experts to shape offerings and go-to-market strategies for large Microsoft Access projects; analyze and act on market needs, enhanced by AI tools like Perplexity in consultancy teams.
- Develop proposals, presentations, statements of work (SOW), and proactively identify opportunities for Help4Access in delivery and net new environments for large-scale migrations, using NotebookLM in team-oriented consultancy settings; lead pursuits and/or sales solutioning, leveraging AI for precision.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in consulting leadership in a consultancy environment, with at least 5+ years consulting specifically in data architecture and engineering solutions for large Microsoft Access modernization projects in teams.
- Previous experience overseeing a business line of $5MM+, focusing on large-scale Microsoft Access migrations in consultancy teams.
- Deep expertise in building and architecting enterprise solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other modern data architecture tools, enhanced by AI tools like xAI’s Grok for large Microsoft Access projects in teams.
- Proven history of leveraging and growing the existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up for large Microsoft Access modernizations, collaborating in consultancy teams.
- A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience, including directing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives for large-scale migrations, using AI tools in team settings.

Help4Access is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $175,000 to $281,000, and the targeted base salary range is $200,000 – $250,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
