In Enterprise Architecture at Help4Access, you will:
- Cultivate Help4Access’s role as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, defining and implementing enterprise architectures for large Microsoft Access migrations, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator in a team-oriented consultancy setting.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps tailored to client needs for large-scale projects, using AI insights from Gumloop.com and Perplexity.
- Evaluate technology portfolios and identify opportunities to modernize, replace, or reuse architectural components to drive strategic value in large Microsoft Access projects, leveraging xAI’s Grok in teams.
- Assess the impact of client business strategies on architecture landscapes, including organizational structure, information management, infrastructure, and applications, using AI tools for large migrations in consultancy teams.
- Identify and define leading enterprise architecture capabilities, roles, processes, and skills needed for successful implementation of large Microsoft Access modernization projects, collaborating effectively in teams.
- Lead the creation of architecture blueprints and roadmaps for complex and large technology environments, ensuring alignment with business goals using AI-driven insights in consultancy settings.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics and the impact of AI and technology trends to formulate recommendations that enhance existing enterprise architectures for large-scale migrations in teams.
- Lead large-scale technology transformations, including Microsoft Access modernizations, to deliver business value through the evolution and management of enterprise architectures, working in consultancy teams.
- Leverage the Help4Access global network to develop enterprise architecture insights and best practices for large, team-oriented Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by NotebookLM.
- Develop expertise and experience in enterprise architecture assets, frameworks, patterns, and governance, focusing on AI-driven solutions in consultancy teams for large migrations.
As a Manager at Help4Access, you will:
- Lead major workstreams for large Microsoft Access modernization projects, driving overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team members in a consultancy environment.
- Drive the development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings that present innovative insights and guidance on market-relevant Enterprise Architecture topics, integrating AI tools in team settings.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients, including developing C-suite relationships, and fostering a spirit of collaboration and teamwork while serving as a trusted advisor in consultancy teams for large projects.
- Support the shaping, selling, and delivering of strategic enterprise architecture opportunities for large Microsoft Access migrations, working collaboratively in teams.
- Engage with strategic partner ecosystem providers to enhance service offerings for large-scale, team-driven projects, leveraging AI insights.
- Develop yourself and mentor peers and junior team members, contributing to the growth and development of the Enterprise Architecture practice in consultancy teams for large migrations.
Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures for large Microsoft Access projects in a consultancy environment, working in teams.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases for large-scale migrations, collaborating in consultancy teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm, focusing on team-oriented Microsoft Access modernization projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations for large projects in consultancy settings.
- Broad experience and knowledge of common architecture challenges and approaches for addressing them in large, team-driven Microsoft Access migrations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, with experience in consultancy teams for large-scale projects.
