You are results-oriented, self-directed, and excel in shaping, selling, and delivering strategic Enterprise Architecture opportunities for clients. Continuously building your knowledge of emerging technology and architecture trends, you develop innovative approaches that deliver significant value for clients. You have a talent for breaking down complex issues into logical parts and constructing analyses that lead to actionable recommendations. With top-notch communication and people skills, you naturally build relationships and foster collaborative problem-solving. As a manager, you value diverse perspectives and have a talent for bringing out the best in your teams. You have a strong desire to deepen your expertise in enterprise architecture and play a leadership role within the Enterprise Architecture practice and the broader Help4Access community.
In Enterprise Architecture at Help4Access, you will:
- Cultivate Help4Access’s role as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, defining and implementing enterprise architectures that drive business value, manage complexity, and harmonize IT estates.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Evaluate technology portfolios and identify opportunities to modernize, replace, or reuse architectural components to drive strategic value.
- Assess the impact of client business strategies on architecture landscapes, including organizational structure, information management, infrastructure, and applications.
- Identify and define leading enterprise architecture capabilities, roles, processes, and skills needed for successful implementation.
- Lead the creation of architecture blueprints and roadmaps for complex and large technology environments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics and the impact of technology trends to formulate recommendations that enhance existing enterprise architectures.
- Lead large-scale technology transformations to deliver business value through the evolution and management of enterprise architectures.
- Leverage the Help4Access global network to develop enterprise architecture insights and best practices.
- Develop expertise and experience in enterprise architecture assets, frameworks, patterns, and governance.
As a Manager at Help4Access, you will:
- Lead major workstreams, driving overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team members.
- Drive the development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings that present innovative insights and guidance on market-relevant Enterprise Architecture topics.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients, including developing C-suite relationships, and fostering a spirit of collaboration and teamwork while serving as a trusted advisor.
- Support the shaping, selling, and delivering of strategic enterprise architecture opportunities.
- Engage with strategic partner ecosystem providers to enhance service offerings.
- Develop yourself and mentor peers and junior team members, contributing to the growth and development of the Enterprise Architecture practice.
Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
- Minimum of 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
- Broad experience and knowledge of common architecture challenges and approaches for addressing them.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

- You have experience in the design and implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Robotics).
