Job Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager at Help4Access, you will lead large-scale Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects from inception to completion, utilizing AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM for backward engineering. You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy environment, contributing to the Master Service Agreement, project planning, and budgeting, ensuring a unified organizational voice externally and internally. This role requires strong leadership to manage a diverse team, including Solution Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Cloud Architects, AI Architects, Database Developers, DBAs, and other technical staff, focusing on large-scale, team-oriented projects for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget, using AI-driven strategies across our Seven Circles of Excellence (Discovery, Assessment, Strategy, Implementation, Training, Support, Governance).
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and contributing to contractual documents, while leveraging Microsoft Teams for collaboration and reporting in a consultancy setting.
- AI Expertise: Utilize AI tools (OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, NotebookLM) for backward engineering Microsoft Access systems, enhancing project efficiency and delivering 400% productivity gains for enterprise clients.
- Account Management: Maintain client satisfaction, identify additional business opportunities, and ensure expectations are exceeded, focusing on team-driven solutions for large migration projects.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team in a consultancy environment, providing guidance and resolving conflicts, with a focus on large-scale Microsoft Access projects requiring team collaboration.
- Reporting and Documentation: Oversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, integrated with AI insights from tools like OpenAI’s Operator and xAI’s Grok for large-scale migrations.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for large-scale projects, mitigating financial risks using AI-driven analytics to support team-oriented deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks for large Microsoft Access migrations, communicating strategies to stakeholders using AI tools for precision in team settings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular updates with clients and teams, ensuring alignment with large-scale Microsoft Access modernization goals in a consultancy environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in project processes for large migration projects, sharing AI and team collaboration best practices across our consultancy.
Requirements:
- Project Management Experience: 7+ years managing complex Microsoft Access and data management projects in a consultancy environment, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale migration projects as part of a team.
- Microsoft Teams Proficiency: Extensive experience using Microsoft Teams for document management, collaboration, and reporting in team-oriented consultancy settings.
- AI and Data Management Expertise: Strong understanding of AI for backward engineering Microsoft Access systems, with hands-on experience in OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, or NotebookLM, plus data management principles for large projects.
- Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to manage client relationships and maintain a consistent organizational voice in a consultancy context, focusing on team-driven solutions.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy or large project environment, with strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team-building skills for large Microsoft Access migrations.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Expertise in developing and managing project budgets for large-scale migrations, tracking financial performance, and reporting in team settings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences in a consultancy environment, focusing on team collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for large Microsoft Access projects, working effectively in teams.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable, with experience in consultancy and team-based large migrations.
