Job Title: Manager Migration Architect, Enterprise Transformation

With over three decades of expertise and a network of 250 of the Nation’s Best AI Data Management Professionals, we are seeking an accomplished leader for the role of Manager Migration Architect, Enterprise Transformation (ET) within our Partner Organization.

As a Manager Migration Architect at Help4Access, you will lead and mentor a team of technically skilled, customer-facing Solutions Architects in a consultancy environment. Your role will involve coaching them on best practices, solution selling, presentation and speaking skills, and guiding them in creating and presenting architectures for large-scale Microsoft Access migrations, leveraging artificial intelligence for 400% productivity gains. You’ll work closely with Partner Development Managers to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing large-scale IT Outsourcing renewals with our partners, focusing on team-oriented, large migration projects.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects from internal and external sources in a consultancy environment. Coach them to ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services, including large Microsoft Access projects, onto various cloud platforms, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator and xAI’s Grok for team-driven solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Define and execute technology migration strategies for large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations by engaging highly technical teams, using AI tools like Gumloop.com and Perplexity to define migration pathways. Guide Solutions Architects in conducting training sessions to transfer deep technical skills to Global Integrators in consultancy teams.
  • Thought Leadership: Capture and share best practices among the Help4Access solutions architect community for large Microsoft Access migrations, developing whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance using AI insights from NotebookLM in team settings.
  • Customer Engagement: Build deep relationships with decision-makers within customer accounts for large-scale migrations, enabling them to advocate for cloud adoption, using AI tools to enhance consultancy team outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work with the team to drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) to completion and organize technical workshops for large Microsoft Access projects, collaborating with executive stakeholders across Help4Access, including service teams, Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Training, and Operations, in a consultancy environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent. 10+ years of technical design/implementation/consulting experience in a consultancy environment, with 7+ years in senior technical positions within technical sales or enterprise solution selling for large Microsoft Access migrations in teams.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading and developing technology teams in a consultancy setting, with proven experience leading architecture for large-scale global customer transformations, including Microsoft Access, in team-oriented projects.
  • Customer Focus: Experience successfully partnering with and communicating effectively to C-suite executives on long-term, strategic programs for large Microsoft Access migrations, demonstrating experience coaching, mentoring, and developing technical professionals in teams.
  • Global Perspective: Ability to work in a global context with customers and colleagues in consultancy teams, with experience in on-premises to cloud migrations, IT transformation, and information security for enterprise customers, focusing on large Microsoft Access projects.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong judgment and business acumen in determining strategic vision and running a complex technical business for large-scale migrations, with the ability to interface with internal leadership and external customers at the executive CxO level in team settings, enhanced by AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or equivalent technical degree, with experience in consultancy teams for large Microsoft Access projects.
  • 10+ years of experience architecting and deploying complex solutions for enterprise customers, including large Microsoft Access migrations, in team-oriented consultancy settings.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions for large-scale migrations, leveraging AI tools in teams.
  • Large-scale systems integration involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms, applied in consultancy teams for Microsoft Access modernizations.
  • Enterprise Architecture experience, certifications, and experience building modern cloud strategies, enhanced by AI for large, team-driven projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations in consultancy teams for large migrations.
