Job Title: Manager Migration Architect, Enterprise Transformation
Who You’ll Work With
Help4Access is redefining the Enterprise IT industry, specializing in data management, IT transformation, and cloud migration services. We are seeking an accomplished leader for the role of Manager Migration Architect, Enterprise Transformation (ET) within our Partner Organization.
As a Manager Migration Architect at Help4Access, you will lead and mentor a team of technically skilled, customer-facing Solutions Architects. Your role will involve coaching them on best practices, solution selling, presentation and speaking skills, and guiding them in creating and presenting architectures of various sizes and complexities. You will work closely with Partner Development Managers to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing large-scale IT Outsourcing renewals with our partners.
You will be technically adept, capable of shaping both the customer-focused and solutions-focused skills of your team. Your role will require you to introduce new technologies to colleagues and clients, helping them embrace and adopt these innovations. You will also be skilled in communicating technology strategies to senior executives and C-suite customers, focusing on the value these technologies bring to our clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing your team’s speaking, writing, presentation, and executive interaction skills.
Position may require the ability to travel globally 25% – 50% of the time, as needed.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects from internal and external sources. Coach them to ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services onto various cloud platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Define and execute on technology migration strategies by engaging highly technical teams to define migration pathways. Guide Solutions Architects in conducting training sessions to transfer deep technical skills to Global Integrators.
- Thought Leadership: Capture and share best practices among the Help4Access solutions architect community. Develop whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.
- Customer Engagement: Build deep relationships with decision-makers within customer accounts, enabling them to be advocates for cloud adoption. Share customer feedback with internal product management and engineering teams to influence future development.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) to completion and organize technical workshops. Collaborate with executive stakeholders across Help4Access, including service teams, Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Training, and Operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Technical Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent. 10+ years of technical design/implementation/consulting experience, with 7+ years in senior technical positions within technical sales or enterprise solution selling.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading and developing technology teams. Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale global customer transformations in areas such as mainframe, SAP, and Oracle.
- Customer Focus: Experience successfully partnering with and communicating effectively to C-suite executives on long-term, strategic programs. Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and developing technical professionals.
- Global Perspective: Ability to work in a global context with customers and colleagues. Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations, IT transformation, and information security for enterprise customers.
- Strategic Vision: Strong judgment and business acumen in determining strategic vision and running a complex technical business. Ability to interface with internal leadership and external customers at the executive CxO level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
- 10+ years of experience architecting and deploying complex solutions for enterprise customers.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions.
- Large-scale systems integration involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms.
- Enterprise Architecture experience, certifications, and experience building modern cloud strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
