We empower our local markets by identifying emerging capabilities, building multi-disciplinary teams, and providing access to niche and hyper-specialized expertise. As a member of the Emerge team, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering capabilities of the marketing automation platforms in conjunction with ad technologies for the Enterprise Marketing function as well as the organization as a whole. This will include strategic consulting on existing usage of the platform, identifying solutions for new needs, opportunities to further connect and leverage data-led marketing systems, and overall support strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, design, develop, and test solutions leveraging martech tools in support of the Enterprise Marketing function.
  • Apply engineering solutions to real-world marketing use cases.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation strategy and program.
  • Experience implementing API and other integrations programs.
  • Work with cloud storage services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and FTP services.
  • Provide deep understanding of marketing processes and procedures to offer consultancy.
  • Partner with internal teams across the company to drive out solutions that meet business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven self-starter in ambiguous situations.
  • Working knowledge of Ad technologies and media ecosystem.
  • Experience in Marketing technologies and automation systems such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Drupal, etc.
  • Understanding of the logic and application of CDP/DMP.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape between Paid, Organic, and Social.
  • An understanding of building data foundation for applied analytics in the area of marketing automation.
  • Experience as a marketing professional, consulting experience in IT, strategy, and marketing consulting firms or systems integration companies.
  • Thrives in a cross-functional team.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and independent.
  • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
