What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive at Help4Access, you will be responsible for selling digital transformation solutions, including large-scale Microsoft Access modernization projects, to C-suite client stakeholders across North America. Your focus will be on experience technology strategies, experience design, engagement platforms, digital commerce, mobility solutions, process automation, Low Code/No Code platform implementation, UI/UX, and new-age digital experiences like AR/VR and the metaverse, leveraging AI for 400% productivity gains. You’ll build and maintain client relationships, generate new leads, and achieve sales targets in a consultancy environment, collaborating with teams to ensure profitable growth for large migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Experience Sales: Drive sales outcomes for Digital Transformation (DX) solutions in the Americas, focusing on large-scale Microsoft Access modernization using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator in a team-oriented consultancy setting.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with customer CDOs, CXOs, and other key stakeholders to influence their digital experience strategies, integrating AI insights from Gumloop.com and Perplexity for large projects in teams.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with various Help4Access teams in a consultancy environment to develop proactive proposals and strategies for large Microsoft Access migrations, using xAI’s Grok and NotebookLM to win new business.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership throughout the sales lifecycle, driving opportunities toward closure for large-scale, team-driven projects, leveraging AI for innovation.
  • Sales KPIs: Accountable for meeting sales KPIs based on revenue growth and order bookings (ACV/TCV), focusing on team-oriented consultancy efforts for Microsoft Access modernization.
  • Strategic Positioning: Elevate Help4Access’s positioning and create a strong reputation in the minds of clients for large-scale digital transformations, collaborating with teams using AI tools.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency and minimize friction in the sales, solution, and delivery processes for large Microsoft Access projects, using AI-driven analytics in team settings.
  • Client Relationships: Forge strategic relationships with clients, leveraging Help4Access leadership and resources in a consultancy environment, focusing on team-driven large migrations.
  • High-Quality Leads: Produce high-quality leads through constant engagement with clients and coordinate with internal resources in teams to launch sales planning efforts for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI insights.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of total experience within a professional services or technology organization in a consultancy environment, with a proven track record of delivering results for large-scale digital transformations, including Microsoft Access migrations in teams.
  • Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience selling digital experience technology solutions, including Microsoft Access modernization, to C-Suite client stakeholders across North America in team-oriented consultancy settings.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience in leading large digital experience transformation deals and consulting on digital experience strategies for Microsoft Access projects, working collaboratively in teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry and technology market trends, including experience technologies strategy, experience design, engagement platforms, digital commerce, mobility solutions, process automation, Low Code/No Code development, UI/UX design & development, and emerging digital experiences like AR/VR and the metaverse, enhanced by AI tools in consultancy teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, tailored for team collaboration in large-scale Microsoft Access projects.
  • Initiative: Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative and the ability to learn quickly in a consultancy environment, focusing on team-driven solutions.
  • Accountability: Strong sense of accountability, ownership, great execution ability, and a positive attitude in team-oriented consultancy settings for large migrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to recognize and meet the demands of clients through analytical and strategic thinking, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator in teams.
  • Multi-tasking: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize under pressure, and manage multiple client relationships effectively in large, team-driven consultancy projects.
