Job Overview:
As a Business Systems Analyst at Help4Access, you will analyze and design solutions for large-scale Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects, utilizing AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM for backward engineering. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy environment, documenting system requirements and processes to align with enterprise clients’ goals. This role requires strong team collaboration skills to work on complex, team-oriented projects, ensuring alignment with our Seven Circles of Excellence for large Microsoft Access migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legacy System Analysis: Deconstruct clients’ large, complex legacy systems, focusing on Microsoft Access ecosystems, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator and Perplexity to understand their current state and identify areas for improvement in team-driven consultancy projects.
- Future State Design: Document and design the desired future state of these systems, ensuring alignment with clients’ business objectives and technology roadmap, enhanced by AI insights from Gumloop.com and xAI’s Grok in a team setting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders virtually and use hands-on tools, integrating AI tools like NotebookLM for analysis, to examine existing systems in a consultancy environment, engaging clients to gather requirements and propose team-oriented solutions for large migrations.
- Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality deliverables such as diagrams, data models, process flows, and system documentation using tools like Visio, MS Word, Excel, and AI-driven insights, supporting large-scale Microsoft Access projects in teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Solution Architects, DBAs, and web developers in a consultancy environment, ensuring systems meet user requirements and are implemented effectively for large Microsoft Access modernization projects requiring team effort.
- Testing Support: Assist with testing as needed, ensuring system functionality using AI tools for validation, aligning with team-driven large migration efforts in a consultancy setting.
