The responsibilities of this role will be split between business and practice development, relationship management, engagement delivery, and people management in team-oriented settings. Help4Access is looking for someone with proven experience and fluency in cloud platforms, data architecture, data engineering, and data strategy, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM, to deliver exceptional value to our clients in large Microsoft Access projects.
What You’ll Do
- Develop proposals, presentations, statements of work (SOW), and proactively identify opportunities for Help4Access in delivery and net new environments for large Microsoft Access modernization projects, using AI tools like Perplexity in a consultancy team setting; lead pursuits and/or sales solutioning, with a primary focus on data & analytics opportunities, enhanced by AI insights.
- Manage the modern data architecture pillar through delivery excellence, sales, people management, and operations for large-scale Microsoft Access migrations, leveraging xAI’s Grok in team-oriented consultancy settings.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert in the data & analytics space for clients, engaging and influencing executives through customer-focused solution development and value-driven delivery for large Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator in teams.
- Lead and mentor team members on data and analytics projects, including large Microsoft Access modernizations, creating custom growth plans for team members to help them excel in consultancy settings, enhanced by AI tools.
- Guide Help4Access initiatives both internally and in the local data community for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, collaborating in teams using AI insights from NotebookLM.
- Build your network across Help4Access to enhance our ability to connect solutions with clients and consultants with projects for data strategy, architecture, or engineering needs, including large Microsoft Access migrations, using AI tools in consultancy teams.
- Work collaboratively with Help4Access client partners, sales executives, and other leaders in a consultancy environment to develop go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, and drive business development within the Portland market for large Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI tools.
- Partner with experts to shape offerings and go-to-market strategies for large Microsoft Access modernizations; analyze and act on market needs, using Gumloop.com in team-oriented consultancy settings.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in consulting leadership in a consultancy environment, with at least 5+ years consulting specifically in data architecture and engineering solutions for large Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects in teams.
- 4-8 years of experience leading teams, including some technical pre-sales experience in a consultancy setting, focusing on large-scale Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI tools.
- Deep expertise in building and architecting enterprise solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern data architecture tools, integrated with AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator for large Microsoft Access projects in teams.
- Proven history of leveraging and growing the existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up for large Microsoft Access modernizations, collaborating in consultancy teams.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex data projects that focus on data strategy, architecture, and engineering, including large Microsoft Access migrations; including directing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives in team-oriented consultancy settings, enhanced by AI tools.
