In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation and optimization of Snowflake’s cloud data platform, integrated with Microsoft Access modernization projects, across our organization. You will leverage your deep expertise in data warehousing, cloud architecture, data integration, and AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM to lead a team of talented professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable data solutions that support our business objectives for large-scale Microsoft Access migrations.
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer needs and market trends to create, sell, and implement Snowflake-related service offerings for large-scale Microsoft Access modernization projects, using AI tools like Perplexity in a consultancy team setting.
- Demonstrate expert-level technical understanding of Snowflake’s product features, including Cortex, Snowpark, and others, enhanced by AI insights from xAI’s Grok for large Microsoft Access migrations in teams.
- Balance hands-on delivery of Snowflake solutions with the creation of thought-leadership collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and best practice guides for large Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator in consultancy teams.
- Develop accelerators and frameworks that enhance the implementation and adoption of Snowflake within client environments for large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations, leveraging NotebookLM in team-oriented settings.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals for large Microsoft Access migration projects, collaborating in consultancy teams using AI tools.
- Set clear objectives, identify opportunities for growth, and address potential challenges related to Snowflake’s platform and data solutions for large-scale migrations, using Gumloop.com in team settings.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape, including AI and Microsoft Access modernization, to ensure the company’s offerings remain relevant and competitive in consultancy teams.
- Coordinate with other business units and teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on company-wide initiatives involving Snowflake and large Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI tools in teams.
- Possess a strong understanding of the value AI/ML brings to organizations and how it integrates with Snowflake’s ISV ecosystem, applied to large Microsoft Access modernizations in consultancy teams.
- Accountable for the Global Center of Excellence (COE) for Snowflake, providing community building, training, and sales support to empower Help4Access’s markets globally for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools in team-oriented consultancy settings.
- Maintain personal utilization of 40% as a Director and 20% as a Sr. Director, team utilization of 75%, and revenue of $5 million as a Director and $12.5 million for Sr. Director, focusing on large Microsoft Access migrations in teams.
- Leverage existing relationships with Snowflake leadership and help strengthen/expand Help4Access’s mindshare within Snowflake for large-scale Microsoft Access projects. Internally, act as the Snowflake community lead across practitioners, sales, alliance, marketing, talent management, operations, and business units in consultancy teams, enhanced by AI insights.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, with experience in consultancy teams for large Microsoft Access modernization projects.
- Proven track record with 7+ years of experience in data warehousing, cloud architecture, and data integration in a consultancy environment, with at least 3 years focused on Snowflake, including large Microsoft Access migrations in teams, enhanced by AI tools.
- At least 5+ years in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and manage client relationships effectively for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator in teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, integrated with AI for large Microsoft Access modernizations in consultancy teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for large Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts, including AI-driven Microsoft Access solutions, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proven ability to engage with clients directly in consultancy teams for large migrations.

Help4Access is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Director is $161,000 to $307,000, and for Sr. Director is $189,000 to $359,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
