Help4Access is looking for an experienced Data Architect (Sr Consultant, Principal, or Senior Principal level) to join our New York Market and work closely with the Data Platform, BI, and Enterprise Architecture teams in a consultancy environment to influence the technical direction of Help4Access’s data and analytics initiatives, including large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations. With over three decades of expertise and a network of 250 of the Nation’s Best AI Data Management Professionals, you will build, own, and oversee the overall data architecture for the data platform—from data lake, data warehouse, to data consumption layer at Help4Access, leveraging artificial intelligence for 400% productivity gains. You will develop, optimize, and oversee conceptual and logical data architecture and integrations across multiple internal and external products for large Microsoft Access migration projects, collaborating closely with enterprise architecture, engineering, data, and analytics teams to design and implement business-critical enterprise data solutions in team-oriented consultancy settings. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data engineering with significant experience advocating solutions in cloud-native data management platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and DBT, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator, Gumloop.com, xAI’s Grok, Perplexity, and NotebookLM.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the evolution and architecture for scalable and secure data platforms, including large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations, using AI tools like Perplexity and xAI’s Grok in a consultancy team setting.
- Work closely with Help4Access’s Enterprise Architecture, InfoSec, and Product teams in a consultancy environment to design and implement a modern data architecture for large Microsoft Access migration projects, enhanced by AI insights from OpenAI’s Operator.
- Engage with strategic customers and ensure their future needs and vision are top of mind for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, collaborating in teams using AI tools like Gumloop.com.
- Oversee deployment of long-term strategic data products and infuse key data and analytics services in applicable areas of business and IT for large Microsoft Access modernizations, working in consultancy teams.
- Design, build, and own data models, data flows, and integration patterns for the data lake, data warehouse, and consumption data layers, enhanced by AI tools like NotebookLM for large-scale migrations in teams.
- Support data engineers in building and managing conceptual, logical, and physical models of data architecture for large Microsoft Access projects, collaborating in consultancy teams using AI insights.
- Build high-priority prototypes in a cloud platform, including Snowflake and DBT, and demonstrate the value and feasibility of the solutions and architecture for large Microsoft Access modernizations, leveraging AI tools in team settings.
- Be involved in all project phases and drive data architecture initiatives for large-scale Microsoft Access migrations, working in consultancy teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in lead roles architecting solutions at scale for cloud data platforms in a consultancy environment, focusing on large Microsoft Access modernization and migration projects in teams.
- Hands-on experience architecting and building secure, scalable, and flexible enterprise data projects in Microsoft Azure or AWS, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator for large Microsoft Access projects in teams.
- Expertise in building secure and scalable data ingestion, ETL/ELT solutions using Snowflake and DBT, integrated with AI for large-scale Microsoft Access migrations in consultancy teams.
- Experience designing data structures and models for data lakes and cloud data warehouses for downstream analytics applications, including large Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools like xAI’s Grok in teams.
- Strong SQL skills and programming skills using Python and PySpark, enhanced by AI tools for large Microsoft Access modernizations in consultancy settings.
- Experience migrating from on-premise to cloud data platforms is a bonus, focusing on large Microsoft Access migrations in team-oriented consultancy settings, leveraging AI tools.
- Experience with DevOps and DataOps (GitHub Actions, Terraform, Azure DevOps, data governance tools) is a plus, applied in consultancy teams for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI.
- Comfortable working within an agile environment and collaborating with product owners in creating and managing a technical backlog of stories and epics for large Microsoft Access migrations, working in teams.
- Experience with orchestration and automation of data pipelines to build a DevOps model for large Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools in consultancy teams.
- Strong communicator individually, in groups, and in presentations with a vision for how cloud data platforms, enhanced by AI, can enable a better future powered by data for large Microsoft Access modernizations in team settings.

Help4Access is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $145,000 to $258,000, and the targeted base salary range is $167,000 to $212,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
