What You’ll Do
- Drive sales and operations for our rapidly growing Data & Analytics practice area, focusing on large-scale Microsoft Access modernization projects, using AI tools like Perplexity in a consultancy team setting.
- Mentor and develop consultants of all skill and experience levels in consultancy teams for large Microsoft Access migrations, enhanced by AI insights from xAI’s Grok.
- Solve our clients’ most critical and difficult problems with cloud-based, modern data architectures and advanced analytics for large Microsoft Access projects, leveraging OpenAI’s Operator in team-oriented consultancy settings.
- Be an integral part in helping to build our Data & Analytics practice, contributing to its growth and success for large-scale Microsoft Access modernizations, collaborating in teams using AI tools.
- Build successful outcomes with innovative data platform solutions for our clients, helping them fully leverage and organize their enterprise data to drive advanced analytics, including large Microsoft Access migrations, using NotebookLM in consultancy teams.

You are curious and smart; a leader with a passion for learning new and emerging technologies, including AI, in the space and take ownership to get things done in consultancy teams for large Microsoft Access projects. You plan but are cool with improvisation and adjusting in fast-paced environments, focusing on team-oriented solutions. You are highly adaptable and willing to wear several hats in large Microsoft Access migration projects. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience on any or all cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud), enhanced by AI tools for large Microsoft Access projects in consultancy teams.
- Proficiency in modern data architectures and relational database design and development, including large Microsoft Access modernizations, using AI tools in team settings.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with big data technologies, integrated with AI for large-scale Microsoft Access migrations in consultancy environments.
- Proficiency in leading teams of data engineers, architects, and analysts on large-scale data projects, including Microsoft Access, in team-oriented consultancy settings, enhanced by AI tools.
- Solid understanding/experience with agile engineering and product development lifecycles and ability to manage agile engineering client engagements for large Microsoft Access projects, collaborating in teams.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology, including AI, to solve business problems for large Microsoft Access modernizations in consultancy teams.
- Excellent board-room presentation skills and senior client stakeholder management skills across the end-to-end client relationship for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, using AI tools in teams.
- Passionate about learning new technologies, including AI, for large Microsoft Access migrations in consultancy settings.
Preferred Experience:
- 6+ years of experience, preferably in consulting management specifically within data & analytics in a consultancy environment, focusing on large Microsoft Access modernization projects in teams.
- Previous experience overseeing and actively managing a business line of $2.5MM+, focusing on large-scale Microsoft Access migrations in consultancy teams.
- Proven history of leveraging and growing the existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up for large Microsoft Access modernizations, collaborating in consultancy teams.
- A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience, including directing and growing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives for large-scale Microsoft Access projects, enhanced by AI tools in teams.
- Deep expertise in building, architecting, and delivering enterprise solutions in AWS, GCP, Azure, or other modern data architecture tools/services, enhanced by AI tools like OpenAI’s Operator for large Microsoft Access projects in consultancy teams.
