What You’ll Do

• Drive sales and operations for our rapidly growing Data & Analytics practice area.
• Mentor and develop consultants of all skill and experience levels.
• Solve our clients’ most critical and difficult problems with cloud-based, modern data architectures and advanced analytics.
• Be an integral part in helping to build our Data & Analytics practice, contributing to its growth and success.
• Build successful outcomes with innovative data platform solutions for our clients, helping them fully leverage and organize their enterprise data to drive advanced analytics.
• Work with a fun, collaborative team where everyone can be themselves and are provided the opportunity to love their work and life.

What You’ll Bring

You come from a data engineering, analytics, data warehousing, or ETL background, but your current focus is on cloud data and analytics solutions and leading teams to implement them. You bring a healthy mixture of data enthusiast and business consultant to help clients across business functions see how an analytics-driven solution can transform their business. You thrive in client-facing consulting environments and have a proven track record of building sustaining relationships that drive business. You are curious and smart; a leader with a passion for learning new and emerging technologies in the space and take ownership to get things done. You plan but are cool with improvisation and adjusting in fast-paced environments. You are highly adaptable and willing to wear several hats. You are just as comfortable leading large teams as you are diving into code. You are driven by solving your client’s issues and dedicated to building engaged and connected teams. You can envision and communicate solutions to our client’s most complex problems and are happy presenting to an executive audience. You are comfortable solving highly critical problems and are excited to bring your A-game to work for our clients. You bring your energy and passion to work every day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience on any or all cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in modern data architectures and relational database design and development
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with big data technologies
• Proficiency in leading teams of data engineers, architects, and analysts on large-scale data projects
• Solid understanding/experience with agile engineering and product development lifecycles and ability to manage agile engineering client engagements
• Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
• Excellent board-room presentation skills and senior client stakeholder management skills across the end-to-end client relationship.
• Passionate about learning new technologies

Preferred Experience:

• 6+ years of experience, preferably in consulting management specifically within data & analytics.
• Previous experience overseeing and actively managing a business line of $2.5MM+.
• Proven history of leveraging and growing the existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up.
• A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience; including directing and growing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
• Deep expertise in building, architecting, and delivering enterprise solutions in AWS, GCP, Azure, or other modern data architecture tools/services.
