Data Architectures

At a high level, a staging environment was constructed to land data coming from webservices as well as data being prepared for transport. Incremental improvements in the data architecture were unit tested moving toward a target architecture of having a single customer data repository and having a single place to view a 360 view the customer.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) were identified and developed during the local design phase.

Physical Design Phase

Physical designs required supporting data models to aid in a phase implementation approach, unit and system testing.
